Welcome to The Grumpy Goat Farm & Sanctuary
Grumpy in name. Joyful in mission.
Spoiler: The goat isn’t grumpy. But the husband might be.
Welcome to The Grumpy Goat Farm & Sanctuary.
Here you’ll find horses, donkeys, goats, pigs, chickens, cats, dogs, and a growing collection of personalities who all somehow found their way to the same place.
Some arrived with long histories. Some arrived with medical needs. Others simply needed someone willing to say yes.
Today, they’re part of the herd.
We’re glad you’re here.
Whether you're here to sponsor a resident, send a little support, or just smile at some animal antics—we're so glad you stopped by.

Who We Serve
We focus on animals who need a little extra support-seniors, the medically complex, and those with uncertain futures. Here they find stability, routine, and a place to simply be.
A Small Nonprofit with Big Responsibility
The Grumpy Goat Farm & Sanctuary operates through the nonprofit Grumpy Goat Rescue Co., a registered 501(c)(3). Each day we balance hands-on animal care with thoughtful planning so the sanctuary remains stable for years to come.
Why Sanctuary Matters
This is not a rescue focused on adoption. It is a lifelong home. Our residents stay here permanently, supported by structured feeding programs, veterinary oversight, and consistent daily routines.
You Are Part of the Story
Community support helps provide feed, veterinary services, and the infrastructure needed to keep animals safe and comfortable. Every act of support helps keep the sanctuary running.
